The following are prohibited: creating accounts whose main purpose is to publish outbound links for search-engine ranking purposes (link farming), spam, bulk or automated account creation, impersonation, and any unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

Outbound links published on public profiles carry a nofollow attribute and pass no search-engine ranking signal.
