FAQ
Common questions.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your portfolio stays live. It reverts to Free plan limits, so any pinned projects beyond 3 are unpinned (not deleted), custom domains are disabled, and Pro-only features like article sync and analytics history are paused. Re-subscribing restores everything.
Within 14 days of your first Pro subscription, yes. Email legal@getfolio.dev and we'll process it. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but past charges aren't refundable.
Card payments via Stripe. That covers Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and most regional cards. We also support SEPA for European customers. Stripe handles VAT for EU subscriptions automatically.
